During the project development and investment phase we offer services ranging from technical analyses through to comprehensive technical and commercial project assessment (due diligence). We provide useful support for our clients with respect to the design of important project agreements such as Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreements (EPC), and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Agreements.

During the construction phase we ensure technical controlling and conduct or coordinate technical tests and final acceptances.

Our clients also benefit from a wide range of services aimed at developing customised support concepts for the operations phase. These services include technical and economic analyses of operating results, strategies for a sustained increase in plant performance as well as extensive consultancy and assistance in the event of damage. We also make our expertise available to assist in individual technical issues and for the preparation of appraisals.

To date, we have serviced or are in the process of servicing over 60 projects in the fields of wind energy, photovoltaics, hydropower, combined heat and power-and sewage treatment plant. Overall, the respective investment volume is more than three billion euros. We have supported a large number of clients with consulting services relating to individual aspects.
